At Alle Kids Play School, we strive to provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are requested, and this policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such situations.

1. Registration and Admission Fees

1.1 Registration and admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 1.2 These fees cover administrative costs and securing a child's place in the school.

2. Tuition Fees

2.1 Tuition fees are refundable only in specific cases as outlined below:

• If the school cancels a program before its commencement, a full refund will be issued.
• If a parent withdraws their child due to unforeseen circumstances and provides at least 7 days' written notice before the term starts, a partial refund may be considered.

2.2 Once a term has commenced, tuition fees are non-refundable regardless of attendance.

3. Activity and Material Fees

3.1 Fees for extracurricular activities, materials, and events are non-refundable once services have been utilized or materials distributed. 3.2 If an activity is canceled by the school, a proportional refund or credit will be issued.

4. Absence and Missed Days

4.1 No refunds or credits will be provided for absences, vacations, or missed days. 4.2 In cases of prolonged illness supported by medical documentation, the school may consider a fee adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Errors

5.1 In the event of an overpayment or duplicate payment, the school will issue a refund upon verification. 5.2 Parents/guardians must notify the school within same days of the payment error.

6. Withdrawal Policy

6.1 Parents/guardians must provide written notice at least 7 days before withdrawing a child from the school. 6.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the withdrawal notice and all required documentation.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or other agreed-upon methods. 7.2 The school reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from the refund amount where applicable.
