2. Fees and Payments

2.1 Tuition and other fees must be paid in full by the due dates specified. 2.2 Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the school's fee policy. 2.3 Fees are non-refundable except in cases determined by the school at its sole discretion. 2.4 Payment gateway services are used for online payments, and users must adhere to the respective payment terms and policies.

3. Attendance and Absence

3.1 Regular attendance is required to ensure the child’s continuous learning and development. 3.2 Parents/guardians must inform the school of any absences in advance where possible. 3.3 Prolonged unnotified absences may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Parents/guardians must provide accurate health information about the child. 4.2 Children showing signs of contagious illnesses should not attend school until fully recovered. 4.3 The school takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of children but cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents.

5. Behavior and Discipline

5.1 The school promotes a positive and respectful environment. 5.2 Instances of inappropriate behavior will be addressed in accordance with the school's discipline policy. 5.3 Repeated or severe behavioral issues may result in temporary or permanent dismissal.

6. Communication

7. Use of Facilities and Resources

10. Liability

10.1 The school is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on its premises. 10.2 The school is not liable for any injury or harm beyond its reasonable control.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1 The school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 11.2 Parents/guardians will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saraikela-Kharsawan. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
